We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. To be eligible for a return your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Policy

Refunds

Refunds are processed upon receipt of the products. You can expect a product refund to your original form of payment within 7 to 14 days of receiving your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that comes with the tracking and insurance to ensure we receive your return. Hamdani Mocha USA is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
